Gary D. Williams
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Research Center, Ltd., Gary defines and develops corporate organization, program areas and standards. He provides direction and support for new business development. He is responsible for developing corporate philosophy with the shareholder group and represents fiduciary interests of shareholders.
As project manager, Gary develops research design and methodology and directs research and field work. Additionally he develops, negotiates, and monitors project budgets; reviews work product for contract fulfillment, quality assurance, and legal compliance; coordinates report production; and consults with clients.
Gary has nearly 35 years experience as a professional research historian. He has conducted extensive field work, including identification, research, and analysis of published, archival, and privately-held resources. His archival research experience includes work at National Archives and Records Centers nationwide and at numerous State archives and government agency offices.
