We engaged Heritage Research Center on a wide-ranging research project to help defend our client in a tort case concerning a facility that had been closed for over 30 years. The issues included the historical state of knowledge and public awareness of potential contamination from the facility and the economic benefits of the facility during its operating years. Heritage was thorough and responsive, and was able to consistently meet tight deadlines. Heritage delivered quality and useful work product to the defense team and contributed to a successful outcome. I would not hesitate to call on them again.
